Many of us have heard that time is a mental construct created by our conscious mind, and doesn't actually exist in the most basic sense, yet this can be difficult to understand, especially when we don't really understand how our own mind works in creating our reality. Yet time and reality, both mental constructs, are interconnected, where one lays the foundation for the other, and are only relevant when we're manifest in a reality of our own making . . . .
