The Dual Nature of Truth – The Relative and the Absolute
While we tend to think that what's true for us is true for everyone, truth, like reality itself, is both objective and subjective in nature. We have what we can call "absolute truth" which operates as universal laws, and we also have "personal truth", which is formed by our own mind and how we perceive the world around us. Truth, like the mind forming it, is "alive" and remains in a constant state of evolving through different stages of becoming, and what was true for us at 16 and served our growth, isn't true for us at all by the time we become a mature adult, because it evolves through our own mental development . . .
